Jeep Meridian Track Edition Launched At Rs 35.95 Lakh - Cosmetic Upgrades, Sliding Rear Seats
American SUV specialist Jeep has launched the Meridian Track Edition, a new special version of its three-row SUV based on the top-spec Overland variant. Prices for the Jeep Meridian Track Edition start at Rs 35.95 lakh for the AT 4x2 and extend to Rs 37.82 lakh for the AT 4x4 (ex-showroom).
The Jeep Meridian Track Edition introduces a series of exterior enhancements designed to differentiate it from the standard model. These include Piano Black finishes on the grille, exterior badges and body mouldings, along with a Dark Espresso grille treatment accented by Neutral Grey highlights.
The Meridian Track Edition rides on 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, further distinguishing it visually from the regular Meridian lineup. The SUV also features a signature Track Edition hood decal and dedicated badging.
Inside, the Track Edition introduces a new dual-tone Tupelo interior theme with suede inserts, replacing the cabin finish of the standard variant. The steering wheel receives a Cortina leather wrap with contrast stitching, adding a premium touch to the driver interface.
A key functional update on the Jeep Meridian Track Edition is the addition of a 140 mm sliding second row, designed to improve flexibility for passengers and enhance access to the third row. This feature aims to address space usability in the three-row configuration and is one of the main practical upgrades over the Overland trim.
Feature equipment remains largely unchanged, with the Track Edition retaining the Overland variant's technology package. This includes powered and ventilated front seats, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof and Level 2 ADAS safety systems.
Under the hood, the Meridian Track Edition continues with the familiar 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Buyers can choose between 4x2 and 4x4 drivetrain configurations, with no mechanical changes introduced for this edition.
