Hyundai To Hike Prices Again From September: Third One This Year
Hyundai Motor India will raise prices across its model range from September 1, 2026, the carmaker said in a regulatory filing with the BSE. The Hyundai price hike marks the third such revision this year, with costs rising by as much as 1 percent depending on the model and variant.
Hyundai cited rising input and commodity costs, higher operational expenses, and continuing geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainty as reasons for the increase. The company said it has been absorbing cost escalations to limit the burden on customers, but sustained pressure has made the revision necessary.

The price increase will cover all of Hyundai's SUVs, sedans and hatchbacks currently sold in India, including the Creta, Venue, Verna, Alcazar and Exter, along with the Creta Electric. N Line trims of the Venue and Creta are included too, as are the i20, i20 N Line, Aura and Grand i10 Nios.
Hyundai has not disclosed revised prices for individual variants, and the exact quantum will vary by model and trim. Depending on the variant, the hike can range between Rs 7,767 and Rs 23,672, with finer details expected to surface closer to the September 1 effective date.
At current ex-showroom prices, the Grand i10 Nios is the most affordable Hyundai car currently on sale and priced from Rs 5.59 lakh to Rs 8.04 lakh, while the Aura ranges from Rs 5.99 lakh to Rs 8.60 lakh.
