Mahindra has opened bookings for its flagship electric and ICE SUVs, the XEV 9S and the XUV 7XO. These models combine advanced technology, luxury, and safety features. Bookings officially began on January 14, 2026. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to book the new XUV 7XO and the XEV 9S online.

How to Book the New Mahindra XUV 7XO

Step 1: Visit Mahindra's official website and sign in using your email ID or phone number.

Step 2: Click on the SUV page and select the 'Book Now' option under the Mahindra XUV 7XO.

Step 3: Choose your powertrain, variant, transmission, seating, and colour options, then click Confirm and Proceed.

Step 4: The dealer page will open. Enter your area PIN code, select the dealership where you want the vehicle to be delivered, and click Confirm.

Step 5: A review page will open. Review all your selections and pay the ₹21,000 booking amount. You will receive an instant digital confirmation. The dealership will contact you for further confirmation. As per Mahindra's official website, bookings are completely refundable.

Another way to book the vehicle directly at nearby dealerships is by using an Aadhaar or PAN card with the same ₹21,000 booking amount. Mahindra has begun delivering the top trims (AX7, AX7T, AX7L) on January 14, 2026. Deliveries of the lower and mid variants are expected around April 2026.

The Mahindra XUV 7XO is powered by a 2.0L Turbo-petrol engine and a 2.2L Turbo-diesel engine, with both manual and automatic transmission options. Prices start at ₹13.66 lakh (ex-showroom), while the top-of-the-line variant is priced at ₹24.92 lakh (ex-showroom).

How to Book the Mahindra XEV 9S

The Booking procedure for the XEV 9S is very similar to the ICE variant.

Step 1: Visit the Mahindra Electric SUV official page.

Step 2: Select the battery pack, charger, variant, and design, then click Confirm and Proceed.

Step 3: Enter your area PIN code and select the dealership where you want to take delivery. Click Proceed to open the review page.

Step 4: Review your selections and pay the ₹21,000 booking amount. You will receive a digital payment confirmation, and the dealership will contact you for further confirmation.

The XEV 9S is the most advanced electric SUV in its segment and is available with a 59 kWh and a 79 kWh battery pack. It offers a claimed range of up to 521 km (59 kWh) and 679 km (79 kWh). The SUV is offered in six variants along with two charger options.

The XEV 9S base variant (Pack One Above) with the 59 kWh battery and no charger is priced at ₹19.95 lakh (ex-showroom), while the top-of-the-line Pack Three Above variant with the 79 kWh battery is priced at ₹30.20 lakh (ex-showroom).
