Citroen Aircross Turbo Max & C3 Live (O) Launched - Prices Start At ₹5.49 Lakh
Citroen India has introduced variant updates for the Aircross SUV and the C3 hatchback, with changes that expand seating and features, though both models retain their existing mechanical layouts.
The new Citroen Aircross X Max Turbo (5‑seater) variant starts at ₹12.41 lakh (ex‑showroom) for the manual variant. The new Citroen C3 Live (O), on the other hand, is much more affordable and is priced at ₹5.49 lakh (ex‑showroom).
Citroen Aircross 5-Seater Variant Introduced
The Citroen Aircross has gained a 5-seater layout for the Turbo Max variant, extending the seating configuration previously available only on lower variants such as You and Plus. In the new layout, the third row is removed, creating additional space on the second row and a larger boot area compared with the 7-seater layout.
The updated Aircross 5-seater variant also features a rear centre armrest with cupholders and a 3-step reclining second-row seat, which were earlier limited to certain Aircross configurations. Aside from the seating layout and these convenience elements, the mechanical specification and core design of the Aircross remain unchanged.
Colour availability for the Aircross 5-seater variant includes Polar White, Deep Forest Green and Perla Nera Black in a monotone finish. The Aircross 7-seater variant continues to be offered in additional colour options, including Cosmo Blue, Garnet Red and Steel Grey, some with dual-tone choices.
C3 Live (O) Mid-Level Trim Added
For the Citroen C3 hatchback, a new Live (O) mid-level trim has been added to the lineup. This variant slots between the existing lower and top trims and brings features that were previously limited to higher specifications.
The C3 Live (O) variant features leatherette seat upholstery, which is not available on the standard lower or top trims, along with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a 4-speaker audio system. The trim also gains a rearview camera, fog lamps, full wheel covers and chrome body-side cladding as part of its equipment set.
Exterior colour options for the C3 Live (O) include Perla Nera Black as the sole paint choice for this variant. Other monotone colour options such as Polar White, Steel Grey, Cosmo Blue and Garnet Red remain available across the broader C3 range.
Mechanical And Design Continuity
Both the Aircross and C3 continue to be offered with their existing petrol engine options and transmission choices; there are no changes to the drivetrains, power figures or chassis setups as part of these updates.
