The ADAS Show To Return To Pune For Fourth Edition In December

The ADAS Show 2026 is all set to return for its fourth edition on the 3rd of December at ADAS Test City, ARAI, Takwe, in Pune. The fourth edition of the ADAS Show will bring government officials, OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, technology firms, testing organisations and academic institutions together to discuss vehicle safety and intelligent mobility in India.

The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) is supporting the event. Dr Reji Mathai, Director of ARAI, is expected to open the fourth edition of the ADAS Show by addressing the evolving ADAS and vehicle safety landscape in the country, with senior representatives from the Ministry of Heavy Industries and the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways also expected to attend.

ADAS Show 2026: V2V Communication Session and Conference Agenda

The ITS India Forum has joined as a strategic partner for this edition and will run a dedicated session on Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communication, led by its president, Akhilesh Srivastava. The session will look at how connected vehicles and intelligent transportation systems can improve road safety and mobility coordination on Indian roads.

The ADAS Show 2026 programme includes a conference, a technology exhibition, live ADAS demonstrations at the ADAS Test City facility, and networking sessions. A segment called the Exhibitor March will give senior OEM and Tier-1 executives structured access to exhibitors beyond the standard show floor. Conference topics include India-specific ADAS development, AI in automotive systems, software-defined vehicles, V2V communication, connected mobility, localisation challenges, and testing and validation practices.

The localisation focus reflects a wider industry conversation on adapting globally developed ADAS technology to Indian road conditions, which differ from the environments these systems were originally designed and tested in. Road infrastructure variability, pedestrian density, two-wheeler traffic and inconsistent lane discipline present distinct challenges for deploying ADAS at scale in India.

The ADAS Show is organised by Aayera and has run annually as a dedicated forum for the ADAS and intelligent mobility sector, bringing together manufacturers, technology providers, policymakers and testing bodies.
