The launch of the Skoda Kodiaq RS is now on the cards, and the brand is yet to reveal its pricing and allotted units for India. Before that, here are the 5 exclsuive features that make the Kodiaq RS stand out over the Tayron R-Line.

1. More Power And Performance

Compared to the Volkswagen Tayron R-Line, the Kodiaq RS delivers significantly more power. It uses the same 2.0-litre TSI petrol engine, but with a performance tune inspired by the Volkswagen Golf GTI.

This engine produces 265 hp and 400 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DSG gearbox. In comparison, the Tayron R-Line produces 201 hp and 320 Nm from the same engine. This makes the Kodiaq RS more appealing to driving enthusiasts looking for stronger acceleration and performance.

2. Advanced Dynamic Chassis Control

The Škoda Kodiaq RS comes with Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC+) as standard, featuring dual-valve dampers.

This allows drivers to adjust the suspension through up to 15 different settings depending on driving conditions such as highways, city roads, off-road trails, or spirited driving. The Tayron R-Line does not offer DCC+ and instead uses a fixed suspension setup.
