Iconic Silhouette
The original Duster holds a strong legacy in the Indian market and is still remembered for its distinctive silhouette. Renault has retained this iconic silhouette, while making it more aggressive and futuristic for the new generation. Many familiar elements are modernized, giving the Duster a bold and muscular presence.

Bold and Beautiful Design
Duster's appealing design is complemented by a bold front fascia and a sleek rear profile featuring connected LED tail-lamps, a detail unique to the India-spec model. Silver-finished body cladding enhances its rugged appeal, while the 212mm ground clearance reinforces its multi-terrain, off-road-ready character. The SUV also offers a powered tailgate and a class-leading 518-litre boot space.
Powerful Engines in the Segment
The new Duster will be offered with three powertrain options. These include a 1.0L turbo-petrol engine producing 100 hp and 152 Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. A more powerful 1.3L turbo-petrol engine delivers 163 hp and 280 Nm of torque, available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed DCT. Additionally, a segment-leading 1.8L strong-hybrid petrol powertrain is available.
The hybrid setup features a 1.4 kWh battery pack with e-shifter technology, which Renault claims can deliver up to 80 per cent electric-only driving. The hybrid variant is expected to arrive by Diwali 2026.
Attractive Cabin

Just like the exterior, the interior has been designed with a strong focus on premium appeal and exclusivity. The cabin feels plush and features several creative design elements that enhance everyday usability.
Highlights include a premium dashboard layout with a dual touchscreen setup, a large panoramic sunroof, and ventilated front seats with adjustable lumbar support. There are also many Renault-exclusive cabin features inside the new Renault Duster, including Audio controls on the steering.
