The 2025 Volkswagen ID. Buzz has been recognised by PARENTS as the Best Electric 3-row SUV/Van in their Best Family Cars Awards. This accolade highlights its blend of nostalgic design and modern features, making it an ideal choice for adventurous families. PARENTS evaluated over 140 vehicles to determine the top family cars for 2025. They focused on aspects like flexible seating arrangements, powertrain options, and family-friendly designs. Vehicles with multiple LATCH systems, standard safety features, and advanced technology were given priority. Brands that offered these features without additional costs received extra credit.

The ID. Buzz is available in three trims: Pro S, Pro S Plus, and a launch-only 1st Edition. It offers both rear-wheel-drive and 4MotionĀ® all-wheel-drive options. The rear-wheel-drive version provides 282 horsepower with an EPA-estimated range of 234 miles. Meanwhile, the 4Motion variant delivers 335 horsepower with an estimated range of 231 miles.
With seating for up to seven passengers across three rows and generous cargo space, the ID. Buzz combines functionality with performance. Its exterior merges retro elements like a large VW logo with modern touches such as vibrant colour choices, allowing customers to personalise their vehicle.
The ID. Buzz comes equipped with a range of standard features including a 12.9-inch infotainment display, a 30-colour ambient lighting system, IQ.DRIVEĀ® driver assistance technology, and Park Assist Plus with Memory Parking. The starting price is set at $59,995 MSRP, with a destination charge of $1,550 applicable to all models.
