Volkswagen Reveals Starting Prices For The 2025 ID.4 Electric Vehicle Models
Volkswagen of America has announced the pricing for the 2025 ID.4 models. Production has resumed at their Chattanooga facility, focusing on the 82 kWh models. The rear-wheel-drive Pro starts at $45,095, while the all-wheel-drive Pro is priced at $48,995. Models with a 62 kWh battery will be available later, and all versions will receive additional features midyear, with more details to follow.
The trim structure for the 82 kWh models remains similar to the 2024 lineup. Entry and S trims are offered in both rear-wheel and all-wheel drive, whereas the top-tier S Plus is exclusively all-wheel drive. The entry-level models feature 19-inch alloy wheels for RWD and 20-inch for AWD, along with a gloss black grille and LED lights.
Inside these entry models, you'll find a 12.9-inch Discover Pro Max infotainment display with navigation. They also include wireless App-Connect for Android Auto, CarPlay, and MirrorLink, as well as wireless charging capabilities. Additional features include heated front seats and dual-zone Climatronic climate control.
The Pro S model starts at $50,195 for rear-wheel drive and $54,095 for all-wheel drive. These models add premium features like 20-inch wheels and illuminated VW logos on both ends. They also come with advanced LED projector headlights equipped with an Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS) and poor weather lights.
Interior upgrades in the S models include perforated leatherette seats with door-panel stitching. A heated steering wheel is standard, along with 12-way power seats featuring memory settings. Ventilated front seats and a panoramic fixed glass roof enhance comfort.
S Plus Model Exclusivity
The Pro S Plus model is exclusively available in all-wheel drive starting at $57,295. It builds upon the S model's features by adding 21-inch wheels and distinctive exterior accents like a black roof with silver highlights. Power-folding mirrors with signature lighting are also included.
Inside the S Plus model, passengers benefit from heated rear seats and three-zone Climatronic climate control. The Harman Kardon premium audio system includes 14 speakers and a subwoofer for superior sound quality.
