VinFast & RoadGrid Collaborate To Enhance EV Support In India
VinFast Auto India, a subsidiary of the Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast, has partnered with RoadGrid to enhance service and infrastructure support in India. This collaboration aims to establish 120 service workshops across the country, working alongside RoadGrid and other third-party operators. The initiative is part of VinFast's strategy to ensure robust service and charging infrastructure before launching its vehicles in India.
RoadGrid, known for its expertise in EV charging infrastructure and fleet service management, operates over 200 service stations. The partnership with VinFast focuses on providing effective workshop support and integrating real-time charging and diagnostics tools. This collaboration is expected to offer technical support and charging access in major urban centres and key intercity routes as India's EV market grows.

Service and Charging Integration
The joint initiative between VinFast and RoadGrid will combine charging infrastructure with digitally connected service features. These include live diagnostics and integrated service scheduling. The goal is to provide seamless technical support as well as easy access to charging facilities, catering to the expanding EV market in India.

VinFast's exclusive electric vehicle platforms underpin both the VF6 and VF7 models. They promise a unique driving experience tailored for India's road conditions while delivering optimal performance.
The company is expected to announce additional partners and infrastructure plans leading up to its launch in India. This strategic move highlights VinFast's commitment to establishing a strong presence in the Indian automotive landscape.
