2025 Renalt Kiger Facelift: Top 5 Things You Must Know
Ahead of the upcoming festive season, Renault has launched the facelifted version of the Kiger SUV in India. As such, here are the top 5 things you need to know about the new 2025 Renault Kiger facelift SUV.
Design
The newly launched 2025 Renault Kiger facelift is a bolder-looking iteration compared to its predecessor with plenty of squared, angular and upright design elements. Like all facelifts, the majority of the design chages have been incorported at the front and rear section.
Some of the changes include an updated front and rear section with new bumpers, updated headlights, smoked taillights, and new logo. That said, the sides of the new Kiger SUV features a set of redesigned 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, which adds a lot of freshness to the design.
Features
The 2025 Renault Kiger facelift comes equipped with top-level features such as ventilated seats, 360-degree camera, auto headlights, auto wipers, wireless charger, and an 8-inch infotainment unit.
Safety
Thanks to better awareness among public regarding safety, Renault has also upped the safety game with new set of standard features. Some of the notable standard features in the new Renault Kiger include 6 airbags, ESP, TPMS, and hill-start assist.
Powertrain
The Renault Kiger facelift SUV continues to be powered by the same tried-and-tested 1.0-litre petrol engine options. The naturally-aspirated unit puts out 72hp, while the more powerful turbocharged variant dishes out a healthy 100hp.
While both powertrain options share a 5-speed manual transmission, the automatic gearbox variants differ between powertrains - A 5-speed AMT unit with the naturally-aspirated powertrain, and a CVT unit with the turbocharged version.
Variants & Price
Renault India is offering a total of 7 variants and 4 trims of Kiger facelift SUV in India. Prices start at Rs 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base Authenic trim with naturally-aspirated engine. On the other hand, the more powerful turbocharged version starts at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
