Top 5 Tata Cars With Biggest Price Cuts After GST Revision
The revision of GST slabs has led to major price cuts across Tata Motors' passenger vehicle lineup. Prices of Tata's passenger vehicle lineup have dropped by up to ₹1.55 lakh as the Mumbai-based carmaker passes on the full benefits of the GST revision to customers.
So, with these new prices now official and the festive season in full swing, customers can expect massive deals. So, let's take a look at the top five Tata cars that now carry the biggest reductions in their ex-showroom pricing, compared to the pre-GST revision days.

Tata Nexon
The Tata Nexon receives the highest cut of ₹1.55 lakh. Its new ex-showroom price range is between ₹8.00 lakh and ₹14.50 lakh. Key equipment includes a 10.25-inch infotainment screen, digital driver display, JBL nine-speaker system, ventilated seats, and a sunroof. The nexon is offered with diesel (1.5-litre) and petrol (1.2-litre) engine options, both of which are turbocharged with the latter also offered as a bi-fuel CNG option.

Tata Safari
The three-row Tata Safari has seen a maximum price reduction of ₹1.45 lakh. Its updated ex-showroom pricing is ₹15.50 lakh to ₹25.96 lakh. Features include a 12.3-inch infotainment system, 10.25-inch digital driver display, gesture-operated powered tailgate, and a JBL ten-speaker surround sound system. The Safari is powered by a 2.0L turbocharged diesel engine, which produces 170 PS of power and 350 Nm of torque.

Tata Harrier
The Tata Harrier now costs up to ₹1.40 lakh less, depending on the chosen variant. The revised ex-showroom price band stands at ₹15.00 lakh to ₹25.25 lakh. It shares equipment and powertrain with the Safari, offering the same 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 170 PS and 350 Nm, paired with manual or automatic transmissions.

Tata Altroz
Among Tata's non-SUV options, the Tata Altroz has seen the biggest reduction, with prices dropping by up to ₹1.10 lakh. Prices now start at ₹6.89 lakh and go up to ₹11.49 lakh ex-showroom. Equipment highlights include a 10.25-inch touchscreen, digital driver display, eight-speaker audio, wireless charger, and an electric sunroof. The Tata Altroz is offered in Petrol, CNG and diesel guises.

Tata Punch
The Tata Punch receives the smallest cut on this list at ₹85,000. The new price range is ₹6.00 lakh to ₹10.32 lakh ex-showroom. The Tata Punch is offered with a 1.2-litre petrol engine producing 88 PS and 115 Nm and is also offered in CNG guise thanks to an optional factory-fitted CNG kit.
