Auto Expo 2025: Here Are The Top 5 Indian Electric SUVs To Be Showcased
The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 will have a strong focus on the electric vehicle (EV) segment. This event will showcase new advancements in electric mobility, with five Indian-manufactured electric SUVs at the forefront, drawing considerable attention for their features and design.
Mahindra BE 6
Among the showcased innovations, the Mahindra BE.6 is emerging as a key player in the mid-size SUV category. This vehicle, constructed on the advanced INGLO EV platform, features a robust electric motor paired with either a 59 kWh or 79 kWh battery pack with the power sent to the rear wheels.

With a claimed real-world range of over 500 kilometers on a single charge with the bigger battery pack and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and advanced driving assistance systems, the XEV 9e is gearing up to compete against not just Indian, but International manufacturers as well.
Tata Sierra EV
The Tata Sierra EV, a revival of the iconic nameplate, is anticipated to blend classic design with modern electric technology. It's likely to be built on a modified Harrier platform and may feature either one or two electric motors.

While specific details remain to be announced, the Sierra EV is expected to offer a competitive range and could potentially offer off-road capabilities.
Tata Harrier EV
The Tata Harrier EV will extend the Harrier's success into the electric vehicle segment. Based on the existing Harrier platform, it will likely feature a single electric motor.
