Tata Nexon EV Launched At ₹17.29 Lakh With Level-2 ADAS - 489km Range, Dark & Red Dark Variants Also Offered
Tata Motors has updated its popular Tata Nexon EV lineup with a new variant that brings advanced driver assistance features. Called the Tata Nexon EV 45 ADAS, the newly launched variant is priced at ₹17.29 lakh (ex-showroom) and sits within the Empowered+ Long Range trims.
The new variant marks the first time the Tata Nexon EV comes equipped with Level-2 ADAS technology. The feature set includes adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, autonomous emergency braking, rear cross-traffic alert, and blind spot monitoring. These additions make the electric SUV one of the most accessible models in India with advanced safety features.
Tata Nexon EV ADAS Variants and Pricing
The Tata Nexon EV ADAS is offered in three configurations - Empowered + A 45, Empowered + A 45 Dark and Empowered + A 45 Red Dark. The ADAS-equipped models are positioned above the standard Empowered+ LR trim.

Beyond ADAS, the Tata Nexon EV ADAS trim gains a powered driver seat with memory function, enhancing comfort for frequent users. Ventilated front seats, a premium sound system, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen with connected car tech continue to be offered. The cabin also features a fully digital instrument cluster and a 360-degree camera system.
The Nexon EV retains its existing long-range configuration with a 40.5 kWh battery pack. The setup delivers 145 PS of power and 215 Nm of torque, with a certified driving range of up to 489 km on a single charge. Fast charging options allow 10-80 percent top-ups in under an hour.
Safety has been further reinforced with six airbags, electronic stability control, and ISOFIX child seat mounts. Tata Motors has also announced a lifetime warranty on the high-voltage battery pack, providing additional peace of mind for long-term ownership.
