Tata Nexon CNG Dark Edition Launched In India At Rs 12.7 Lakh
Tata Motors has quietly launched the Nexon CNG Dark edition in India. This newly introduced model is available in three variants and prices range from Rs 12.70 lakh to Rs 14.70 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Nexon CNG Dark features an all-black exterior and interior, including metallic elements, paint, and alloy wheels. This edition is offered in Creative + S, Creative + PS, and Fearless + PS variants.
The price difference between the Nexon CNG Dark and its standard counterparts varies. The Creative + S and Creative + PS variants are Rs 40,000 more expensive than their standard versions. Meanwhile, the Fearless + PS variant is priced Rs 20,000 higher than its equivalent standard trim.
Despite the aesthetic changes, the Nexon CNG Dark retains the same features as the standard trims it is based on. There are no additional features included in these dark-themed variants. The focus remains on the unique black styling both inside and out.
Mechanically, the Nexon CNG Dark remains unchanged from its standard version. It continues to be powered by a 1.2-litre turbocharged engine that delivers 100hp and 170Nm of torque when using Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). This engine is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
