Tata Harrier EV Production Begins - Deliveries To Commence Soon
Tata Motors has commenced production of the Harrier EV, their flagship electric SUV, at the Pune plant. The company has confirmed that customer deliveries will start soon. The 2025 Harrier EV is available in five variants and a Stealth edition, with prices ranging from ₹21.49 lakh to ₹30.23 lakh (ex-showroom).
Bookings for the Harrier EV began on July 2, and Tata Motors secured over 10,000 bookings on the first day itself. Deliveries are set to start later this month. The first unit produced at the Pune plant features the Nainital Nocturne colour. Other available colours include Empowered Oxide, Pristine White, Pure Grey, and Matte Black with the Stealth Edition.
2025 Tata Harrier EV: Variant-Wise Prices
The Harrier EV offers two battery packs: 65kWh and 75kWh. There are eight variant offerings for the Tata Harrier EV including two Stealth versions of the two 75kWh trim levels. The two Empowered QWD variants of the electric SUV offer Tata's dual-motor Quad-Wheel Drive setup.

The Stealth editions are priced ₹75,000 higher than the top-spec Empowered variants they are based on. Additionally,Tata Motors charges an extra ₹49,000 for upgrading from a standard 3.3kW home charger to a faster 7.2kW AC wall box charger.
Tata Harrier EV Powertrain Options and Specifications
The Tata Harrier EV features two battery options: a 65 kWh pack with a claimed range of up to 538 km and a 75 kWh pack offering up to 627 km range. The QWD variants of the Tata Harrier, which are only available with a 75kWh battery pack offer a range of up to 622 km per full charge.

The Tata Harrier EV goes up against the likes of the Mahindra XEV 9e and BE 6 electric SUVs. Another EV in the same price range as the new Harrier EV is BYD's updated Atto 3 crossover.
