Tata Sierra SUV Gifted To Indian Women’s World Cup-Winning Team
Tata Motors honoured the Indian women's World Cup-winning team by gifting each player a brand-new Tata Sierra SUV. Each team member received a vehicle of their choice. The SUVs were presented by Tata Group Chairman N. Chandrasekaran and Tata Motors MD & CEO Shailesh Chandra.
Tata Sierra: The Legendary Indian SUV
The Tata Sierra price starts at 11.49 lakhs (ex-showroom) and the top variant is sold at 21.29 lakhs (ex-showroom). Tata offers three different engine options: 1.5L NA Petrol (106 PS/145 Nm), 1.5L Turbo Petrol (160 PS/255 Nm), and a 1.5L Diesel engine (160 PS/255 Nm). The transmission options include 6-speed manual, 6-speed AT (CVT), and a 7-speed DCA.
The Sierra SUV features a bold exterior design, premium interiors, and best-in-class comfort. It sports a boxy silhouette with several styling elements, including the signature Night Saber LED lighting at the front and rear, Infinity DRLs with welcome and goodbye lighting, alloy wheels, electrically adjustable ORVMs with integrated turn indicators, a hidden rear wiper with washer, and the iconic Sierra glass room at the rear.
Tata has loaded the new Sierra with segment-leading infotainment features. It gets a Horizon view triple touchscreen infotainment system with Dolby Atmos support. Along with a 13-speaker JBL Black audio system powered by Harman AudioWorX, a central SonicShaft soundbar, Arcade Suite with 28+ apps, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The new Sierra equips premium features, such as a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, Boss Mode for rear passengers, a passenger display with gaming controls, premium leatherette upholstery, ambient Mood lighting, ventilated front seats, thigh support extender, powered tailgate with gesture control, flush door handles, a cooled glovebox, a 622-litre boot, an air purifier with AQI display, Superglide suspension for a comfortable ride experience, and a superfast USB Type-C charging ports.
Tata cars are known for their world-class safety, and the new Sierra is no different, as it comes equipped with Level 2 ADAS featuring 22+ safety functions, an electronic parking brake, HypAR HUD with multi-colour guides, a driver command centre, front parking sensors, an auto-dimming IRVM, six airbags, an SOS call feature, built-in navigation, all-disc brakes, ABS with EBD, and a 360-degree camera with a four-view blind-spot monitoring system.
