Tata Harrier EV Specifications

The Tata Harrier EV offers two battery options: a 65 kWh unit and a larger 75 kWh unit. Both batteries are IP67 rated and feature a dedicated liquid cooling system. Tata provides a lifetime warranty with unlimited kilometres on these battery packs.

In terms of performance, RWD models come equipped with a single rear-mounted electric motor producing 238 PS and generating torque of 315 Nm. The AWD models boast a dual-motor setup; the front motor alone delivers an output of 158 PS, resulting in a combined torque output of an impressive 504 Nm. The RWD variants offer Eco, City, and Sport driving modes while AWD versions include an additional Boost mode for enhanced power and torque delivery. This Boost mode allows for rapid acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in just over six seconds.

Base models and Fearless+ trims feature three terrain modes: Normal, Wet, and Rough. The Empowered RWD variants add a Custom mode that users can tailor according to their preferences. For full off-road capability, the Empowered AWD variant offers six terrain modes including Snow/Grass and Rock Crawl.

Range Capabilities

The base variant with its smaller battery pack offers an impressive range of up to 538 km on a full charge under MIDC Part1 + Part2 Cycle conditions. The larger battery-equipped RWD models extend this range further to approximately 627 km while QWD versions deliver around 622 km per charge.

Real-world driving ranges calculated by Tata's C75 method indicate figures between 420-445 km for base models;480-505 km for larger battery-equipped RWDs;and 460-490 km for QWDs respectively.

The Tata Harrier EV continues capturing attention due not only its remarkable specifications but also its ability meet diverse customer needs through various trims configurations ensuring it remains competitive within market landscape despite extended waiting periods driven by high demand levels experienced since launch day itself.
