The Tata Harrier EV has been introduced as the flagship electric SUV for the Indian market, built on the Acti.ev plus architecture. This model is available in rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) variants. Prices range from ₹21.49 lakh to ₹28.99 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom). The Harrier EV comes in five variants: Adventure, Adventure S, Fearless Plus, Empowered, and Empowered AWD. Here's what each variant of the new Tata Harrier EV has to offer.
Adventure
The base Adventure variant is equipped with a 65 kWh battery and a single motor RWD setup. It produces 230 bhp and 315 Nm of torque, offering a MIDC range of up to 450-480 km. Priced at ₹21.49 lakh, it includes features like projector LED headlamps, connected LED tail lights, 18-inch alloys, dual 10.25-inch screens, electrically adjustable front seats, cruise control, and six airbags.

Adventure S
For an additional ₹50,000 at ₹21.99 lakh, the Adventure S variant offers extra convenience and safety features while maintaining the same powertrain as the base model. It adds automatic LED headlamps, a voice-enabled panoramic sunroof, a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, driver drowsiness detection, rain-sensing wipers, and an automatic defogger.
Fearless Plus
The Fearless Plus variant is available with two powertrain options: a 65 kWh battery with RWD priced at ₹23.99 lakh or a 75 kWh battery with RWD priced at ₹24.99 lakh. The latter provides an extended MIDC range of over 600 km. This variant enhances design elements with 19-inch aero alloy wheels and sequential LED DRLs.
Inside the Fearless Plus variant are ambient lighting features along with ventilated front seats and a cooled storage armrest. It also includes dual-zone climate control and wireless charging capabilities alongside a JBL sound system with ten speakers and seven airbags including a knee airbag.
Empowered
The Empowered variant is priced at ₹27.49 lakh and exclusively uses the 75 kWh battery pack paired with an RWD single-motor configuration delivering up to 620 km range. It introduces significant tech upgrades such as a 14.5-inch QLED infotainment screen and Dolby Atmos surround sound.
This variant also includes gesture-activated powered tailgate functionality along with digital key access and memory ORVMs featuring Tata logo projection capabilities. The co-driver seat incorporates "Boss mode" functionality while Level-2 ADAS offers auto park assist among other advanced features.
Empowered AWD
Sitting atop the lineup is the Empowered AWD variant priced at ₹28.99 lakh featuring dual-motor setup for all-wheel-drive capability delivering 313 bhp along with torque figures reaching up to 504 Nm making it quickest among Harrier EVs achieving speeds from zero-to-hundred kilometers per hour within just six-point-three seconds.
This top-tier model retains all features from its predecessor but adds six terrain modes including Snow/Grass mode alongside Mud-ruts mode among others ensuring comprehensive performance orientation across diverse driving conditions.
