Tata Harrier EV Bookings Opened In India: Available In FWD & AWD

Tata Motors has introduced the Harrier EV, a new electric SUV, with bookings now open. Priced from Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom), it is Tata's first model to feature an all-wheel-drive system. Customers can select from five variants: Adventure, Adventure S, Fearless Plus, Empowered, and Empowered AWD.

Battery Options and Performance

The Harrier.ev offers two battery choices: 65 kWh and 75 kWh. The 65 kWh version includes a single motor with rear-wheel drive, delivering 238 bhp and 315 Nm of torque. The larger 75 kWh pack provides either rear-wheel drive or a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup, producing 313 bhp and 504 Nm.

Range capabilities are noteworthy for both battery options. The 65 kWh variant boasts a range of up to 538 km per charge. Meanwhile, the 75 kWh rear-wheel-drive model can travel up to 627 km, with the AWD version offering a range of approximately 622 km.

Interior Features and Technology

The interior of the Harrier.ev showcases a modern design with an upgraded dashboard featuring a large 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. A standout feature is the world's first 14.53-inch Harman infotainment screen powered by Samsung NEO QLED technology.

Additional features include a JBL Black sound system with ten speakers and Dolby Atmos, ventilated front seats with power adjustments, a driver seat memory function, voice-activated panoramic sunroof, window sunblinds, and ambient lighting for enhanced comfort.

Loyalty Bonus for Existing Owners

Tata Motors is offering existing EV owners an exclusive loyalty bonus worth Rs 1 lakh as part of this launch. This incentive aims to reward current customers while encouraging them to upgrade to the new Harrier.ev model.
