The Tata Curvv has joined the ranks of the Safari, Nexon, and Harrier SUVs with its new Dark Edition. The launch follows closely after the Citroen Basalt Dark Editon launch, and here are top 5 things you need to know about the Tata Curvv Dark Edition.

Price

The newly launched Tata Curvv Dark Edition is priced between Rs 16.49 lakh and Rs 19.52 lakh (ex-showroom). The price difference between the standard and Dark Edition models ranges up to Rs 32,000. For instance, the Curvv Accomplished S petrol MT is priced at Rs 16.49 lakh compared to Rs 16.17 lakh for the standard model.

Engine Options

The Curvv Dark Edition is available in the top-spec Accomplished trim. Buyers can choose between a 1.2-litre direct injection turbo-petrol engine producing 125hp and 225Nm, or a 1.5-litre diesel engine delivering 118hp and 260Nm. Both engines offer a choice of a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Exterior Enhancements

The Dark Edition features a Carbon Black paint job along with an all-black treatment for bumpers, grille, and 18-inch alloy wheels. The SUV retains its full-width LED light bars at both front and rear ends, complemented by gloss black cladding on the wheel arches.
