Tata Altroz Facelift To Resonate Well With Target Audience: Safety & Mileage Details
Tata Motors has recently unveiled the Altroz facelift in India, with an initial price tag of Rs. 6.89 lakh (ex-showroom). This upgraded version not only brings a fresh look and enhanced features to the table but also boasts a variety of fuel options, including petrol, diesel, and CNG, catering to a wide range of consumer preferences.
The Altroz facelift is designed to cater to a diverse audience, offering three distinct powertrain options. It comes equipped with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated (NA) petrol engine, a 1.5-litre diesel engine, and another 1.2-litre NA petrol engine that includes a CNG kit.

For those interested in transmission choices, Tata Motors provides a five-speed manual, Automated Manual Transmission (AMT), and a six-speed Dual Clutch Automatic (DCA) options.
The car is notably efficient, with the CNG variant promising to deliver an impressive mileage of up to 26.90km/kg, making it an economical choice for buyers. On the other hand, the diesel variant promises a mileage of 23.60km/l.
Tata Motors has focused heavily on the safety enhancements of the Altroz, aiming to surpass the high standards set by the model's previous versions. The updated Altroz comes standard with six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), and a reinforced chassis to ensure maximum protection. The manufacturer is also in anticipation of the Bharat New Vehicle Safety Assessment Program (BNVSAP) results, confident that the 2025 Tata Altroz will maintain, if not improve, its predecessor's commendable safety record.
On the safety front, the new Altroz doesn't hold back, featuring advanced safety technologies like a 360-degree camera, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), ISOFIX child seat anchor mounts, and a hill hold assist feature. These are complemented by three-point seat belts equipped with reminders, an SOS call function, and rear parking sensors, ensuring a well-rounded safety package for the driver and passengers alike.
Regarding its appearance and customization options, the Altroz facelift does not disappoint. It is available in varieties such as Smart, Pure, Pure S, Creative, Creative S, Accomplished S, and the top-of-the-line Accomplished+ S variants. Tata Motors also offers the model in five eye-catching colours: Pristine White, Pure Grey, Royal Blue, Ember Glow, and Dune Glow. For those seeking an extra touch of style, there's an option for a dual-tone paint scheme, featuring a black roof on the top-spec variants.
