2025 Tata Altroz Facelift Launch Soon: Variant Details Here
The Tata Altroz is gearing up for a significant update with the 2025 model, set to hit the markets on May 22. This marks the first substantial revamp since its introduction in 2020, maintaining the original shape but introducing major enhancements in terms of design, features, and interior layout. These improvements are in line with Tata's ongoing evolution in product design, offering a fresh take on the premium hatchback segment.
With an expected continuation of its current engine lineup, the 2025 Tata Altroz could offer a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, a turbocharged version of the same, a 1.2-litre CNG option, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. The diesel variant, in particular, stands out as the Altroz remains the sole hatchback in its segment in India to offer a diesel engine, appealing to those who favor fuel economy over peak performance.

Tata Motors has disclosed that the 2025 Altroz will come in five different trim levels: Pure, Creative, Accomplished S, and Accomplished+ S, each designed to cater to varied customer preferences and requirements in terms of safety, design, comfort, and technology. The Smart persona, which represents the base model, focuses on providing essential safety features and basic design elements, including six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), projector halogen headlamps, and dramatic LED tail lamps. It also emphasizes practicality with its 90-degree opening doors for easier access.
Moving up the lineup, the Pure variant enhances the base model by adding a range of comfort and convenience features. These include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system from Harman for enhanced connectivity, auto-climate control, better LED headlamps, and a rearview camera for easier parking. It also offers auto-fold external rearview mirrors and a voice-assisted electric sunroof as an optional feature, among others.
The Creative trim level elevates the driving experience with advanced technology and premium styling elements. It builds on the features of the Pure variant by introducing a 360-degree HD surround view system, an upgraded 10.25-inch HD infotainment display, and improved lighting through Luminate LED Headlamps and LED DRLs. Additional conveniences include a push-button start/stop system, rear AC vents, and galaxy ambient lighting, with the option of a voice-assisted sunroof.
For those seeking a more premium experience, the Accomplished S variant offers enhanced features and distinctive cosmetic upgrades. This includes Drag cut R16 Alloy Wheels, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, LED fog lamps for better visibility, and a standard voice-assisted electric sunroof. Modern conveniences are expanded with the addition of a wireless smartphone charger and Infinity LED connected tail lamps, along with the option of a dual-tone roof for a more personalized look.
At the top of the range, the Accomplished+ S variant incorporates all the features of the lower trims while introducing advanced connected car technology and upgraded displays. It features iRA Connected Car Technology for a suite of connected services, an Ultra View 10.25-inch HD digital instrument cluster with integrated navigation, and enhanced safety with an in-built blind spot monitor. For an immersive audio experience, customizable AudioWorX audio modes are provided, along with an air purifier for a healthier cabin environment and an SOS calling function for added safety in emergencies.
