Suzuki Celebrates Tracks Of Exeter As National Dealer Of The Year Winner At Annual Awards
Suzuki GB PLC recently celebrated its annual Dealer of the Year awards, with Tracks of Exeter achieving a remarkable triple victory. They were honoured as the National Dealer of the Year, Regional Dealer of the Year for Region F, and for providing the Best Customer Experience. The awards ceremony took place at Suzuki’s National Dealer Conference at The Grove Hotel in Watford.
The winners were determined through a comprehensive evaluation of all dealerships in Suzuki's network. Criteria included sales targets achieved, finance penetration rates, customer experience in sales and service, and parts and accessories sold. These metrics were combined to identify top performers in each category.
Sir Clive Woodward, former Rugby Union player and coach of England's World Cup-winning team, joined Suzuki Directors to present the awards. His presence added prestige to the event as he served as a guest speaker during the conference.
In addition to Tracks of Exeter's success, five other dealerships received Regional Dealer of the Year awards. These included Donnelly Brothers (Region A), Luscombe Suzuki Leeds (Region B), Cumbria Suzuki (Region C), Eastbourne Suzuki (Region D), and Sportif Suzuki (Region E). Each winner demonstrated outstanding performance within their respective regions.
David Kateley, Director Automobile at Suzuki GB PLC, expressed his appreciation for the dedication shown by all dealerships. He stated: "Our annual awards are always a fantastic opportunity to recognise the hard work and achievements of our dealer network. It’s great to be able to celebrate the dedication and loyalty of our dealerships and I’d like to congratulate all of our winners."
Long Service Awards
Seventeen dealers were also acknowledged for their long-standing service with Suzuki, marking milestones from 10 to 45 years. Notable recipients included Stoneacre Suzuki in Lincoln for 10 years and D. M. Keith Ltd in Keighley for an impressive 45 years.
Kateley extended special congratulations to Tracks of Exeter for their triple win and expressed optimism about future successes: "We look forward to a successful 2025 and meeting again next year to celebrate even more of our achievements."
The event underscored Suzuki's commitment to recognising excellence within its dealer network while fostering continued growth and success across its operations.
