Subaru Achieves Top Rankings At Ducker Carlisle North American Parts Benchmark Awards

Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) has been recognised for its outstanding performance in parts supply chain management at the annual Ducker Carlisle North American Parts Benchmark (NAPB) Conference. The company received several accolades, underscoring its efficiency and leadership in this field. Over 30 original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) participate in this event, representing more than 200 industry warehouses globally.

All seven Subaru of America regional distribution centers (RDCs) ranked among the top 20 nationally in the "Lines per Head per Year" category. Impressively, five of these facilities secured positions within the top 10. In the Top Performing Warehouse category, which evaluated over 200 manufacturer sites across the U.S., Subaru's distribution centers claimed the top three spots based on metrics like lines per hour and retailer claims.

Subaru Tops Ducker Carlisle Parts Awards

The Douglasville, Georgia center took first place, followed by Aurora, Colorado in second, and Ontario, California in third. Jim Pernas, Vice President - Fixed Operations - Parts Group at Subaru of America, Inc., stated: "This recognition across our national network reflects the high standards of excellence embedded in every aspect of Subaru of America. We are especially proud that these top-performing sites are managed by a group of leaders who exemplify our values while remaining dedicated to upholding the quality of Genuine Subaru Parts and Accessories in close collaboration with Subaru retailers nationwide."

For the first time in SOA's history, a Master RDC was honoured with an award. The Gresham Parts Master near Portland, Oregon earned third place in the Most Improved category. Additionally, Subaru achieved second place in Chargeable Claim Rate, which considers shortages and mispicks, highlighting the high-quality performance of its warehouses.
