Subaru Announces Pricing For The 2026 Impreza Hatchback Featuring Enhanced Safety And Performance
The 2026 Subaru Impreza hatchback, featuring a sporty design and standard all-wheel drive, is set to hit the market. The Impreza RS trim now includes a refined 2.5-litre engine producing 180 horsepower. A new Citron Yellow Pearl paint option is available across all trims. Prices start at $26,595 MSRP, with the vehicle arriving at retailers this autumn.
Subaru's latest Impreza model offers two trim levels: Sport and RS. Both are exclusively available as five-door hatchbacks, highlighting their versatility and sporty appeal. The Sport trim features a 2.0-litre engine with 152 horsepower, while the RS trim boasts a more powerful 2.5-litre engine with enhanced torque for better performance.
The 2026 Impreza comes equipped with Subaru's EyeSight Driver Assist Technology as standard across all models. This includes Emergency Lane Keep Assist on models with Blind-Spot Detection and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert. These features work together to enhance steering control and help prevent collisions during lane changes.
Inside, the Impreza features an 11.6-inch Multimedia Plus system compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Sport trim includes six speakers, SiriusXM services, and keyless access with push-button start. The exterior of the Impreza Sport includes dark grey alloy wheels, LED fog lights, and responsive headlights. Inside, it offers black sport cloth upholstery with red stitching and dual-zone climate control. The RS trim adds unique styling elements such as "RS" badging, gunmetal interior accents, and exclusive carpeted floormats.
An optional package for the Sport trim includes Blind-Spot Detection, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, Automatic Emergency Steering, Emergency Lane Keep Assist, All-Weather Package, and Power Moonroof for $1,900 MSRP.
