Subaru Of America Reports July 2025 Vehicle Sales Up By 4.5 Percent Driven By Crosstrek And Forester Success
In July 2025, Subaru of America reported a 4.5% increase in vehicle sales compared to the previous year, driven by strong performances from Crosstrek and Forester models. Year-to-date sales also showed a slight growth.
Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) reported a notable increase in vehicle sales for July 2025, with a total of 54,035 units sold. This marks a 4.5% rise compared to July 2024's figure of 51,702. Year-to-date sales reached 375,810, showing a slight growth of 0.5% over the same period last year.
The Crosstrek model led the sales figures for the third consecutive month, achieving its best-ever July with 17,628 units sold. This represents a significant 15.1% increase from July 2024. The Outback followed closely with 14,982 vehicles sold, marking a 5.5% rise compared to the previous year.

Forester also experienced an upswing in sales, with an 11.3% increase over last year and a total of 11,886 units sold. Solterra had its best month ever as well, with sales up by an impressive 23.9%. Legacy saw positive growth too, with a 6.6% increase in sales.

He noted that new models include gas, hybrid, and electric options.
