Subaru Of America Achieves 4.1 Percent Sales Growth In January 2025, Continuing Strong Performance
Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) reported a 4.1% rise in vehicle sales for January 2025, reaching 46,354 units compared to 44,510 in January 2024. This marks the 30th consecutive month of year-over-year sales growth for the company. The Forester led sales with 12,948 units sold, while Crosstrek followed closely with 12,625 vehicles, marking an 11.5% increase from the previous year.
The Outback maintained strong sales figures with 10,794 units sold in January. The Solterra achieved its best-ever January performance with a remarkable 177% increase over the previous year. Subaru's lineup continues to attract customers with its reliable and diverse range of vehicles.

Jeff Walters, President and Chief Operating Officer of Subaru of America, Inc., stated: "2025 is off to a strong start thanks to our Subaru retailers, whose hard work and dedication fueled another month of sales growth. With exciting new models set to join our award-winning lineup, we are poised for a year of continued success."

The WRX model saw significant growth with a 34.2% increase in sales compared to January 2024. Meanwhile, the Ascent experienced a decline in sales by 16.3%, selling only 3,113 units this January.
