Stellantis Introduces Simplified Connected Services Packages For US Customers In July 2025
Stellantis is enhancing its connected services for U.S. customers by introducing a simplified two-tier system for Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT vehicles. Starting this month, these packages aim to make popular features more accessible and understandable, catering to diverse customer needs.
The Connect ONE package offers essential features at no extra cost for ten years from the purchase or lease date. It includes over-the-air software updates, vehicle health reports, alerts, service scheduling, automatic SOS calls, recall notifications, remote lock/unlock via the brand app, a digital key for smartphone-based access and engine start (when available), in-vehicle games, EV charging controls and management tools, basic navigation, and more.
The premium Connect Wi-Fi PLUS subscription provides advanced connectivity with unlimited Wi-Fi data. It includes a Wi-Fi hotspot that connects up to eight devices on the go. Advanced remote operations allow users to start their vehicle, activate climate control, and locate it using horn/lights. Stolen vehicle tracking supports recovery if needed.
Drive Alerts enable setting boundaries for speed, location, and time—ideal for shared vehicle use. The voice assistant offers hands-free control for vehicle functions and smart home integration. Connected navigation provides real-time traffic updates, speed camera alerts, fuel prices, map updates, and last-mile guidance. Alexa Built-in integrates Amazon Alexa voice assistant into the vehicle.
Cristiani Campos, Stellantis' senior vice president of the software business unit stated: "We’ve been listening to our customers and simplifying connected services to give them more value, more clarity and more control." The Connect ONE package extends safety and performance services duration significantly. Vehicle health and service-scheduling features now last ten years instead of five.
Remote lock/unlock access is extended from three months to ten years. By including essential software throughout the vehicle's life and bundling popular features like Wi-Fi together with other offerings like SiriusXM satellite radio remaining unchanged.
Availability Across Brands
The new packages are available for eligible new and used Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT vehicles starting this month (July 2025). Chrysler and Alfa Romeo vehicles will follow soon after. Owners can manage services via the brand app or website. Existing customers with eligible vehicles can activate these new services now.

Customers activate Connected Services at dealerships where Connect ONE is automatically included with their purchase while optional trials such as Connect Wi-Fi PLUS can be activated during setup procedures conducted there too! Canadian customers will see similar changes later this year as Stellantis develops enhanced offerings globally beyond North American borders alone!
