Rolls-Royce Phantom Centenary Collection Revealed - Only 25 Will Be Made & You Can't Have One
Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Phantom Centenary Collection, a bespoke edition celebrating 100 years of the legendary Phantom nameplate. Limited to just 25 examples globally, this special commission pays homage to the first Phantom of 1925.
Each of the 25 units of the Rolls-Royce Phantom Centenary Collection represents more than 40,000 hours of creative and technical work, carried out by the marque's design and coachbuild divisions.
Visually, the Rolls-Royce Phantom Centenary Collection stands apart with a two-tone Black and Crystal White exterior theme. The elegant paint combination draws inspiration from early Hollywood glamour, accentuated by fine gold detailing and polished stainless elements that define the silhouette.
At the front, the Spirit of Ecstasy figurine receives an 18-carat gold treatment and a 24-carat plating, bearing a 'Phantom Centenary' hallmark officially certified by the London Assay Office. Every ornament is hand-finished, with each car's VIN discreetly engraved on the base.
The interior demonstrates Rolls-Royce's unmatched tailoring. The rear seat upholstery is composed of 45 distinct panels, each containing over 3,600 stitches, and was created in collaboration with a fashion atelier. The development of this intricate textile took over a year to perfect.
Cabin materials include Blackwood veneer, laser-etched marquetry, and gold-leaf inlays measuring less than 0.1 microns thick. These decorative motifs depict historic journeys undertaken by early Phantoms, such as the 4,500-mile cross-Australia endurance run that defined the model's reputation.
Above, Rolls-Royce Phantom Centenary Collection's Starlight Headliner uses more than 440,000 precision-placed perforations to create a celestial constellation pattern exclusive to this series. The illuminated cabin ceiling complements the warm white ambient lighting integrated throughout the bespoke interior.
The Phantom's Anthology Gallery, positioned across the dashboard, houses 50 individual aluminium fins created using 3D printing. Each fin carries an engraved quote referencing the car's century-long legacy and the craftsmanship that continues to define Rolls-Royce design.
Under the bonnet lies the Phantom's signature 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine, delivering effortless performance and near-silent operation. The power unit's cover is finished in Arctic White, bordered with hand-applied 24-carat gold pinstriping to mirror the exterior accents.
Production of all 25 cars is already fully allocated through the marque's global Private Office network. Each commission has been individually curated to customer specification, ensuring that no two Phantoms within the collection are identical.
