Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II Design & Features

The Ghost Series II gets a host of subtle updates compared to its predecessor. The Ghost Series II sports slightly revised LED headlights with LED DRLs that flank an illuminated Pantheon grille. The Spirit of Ecstacy also features new chrome embellishments that form a floating platform for the marque's mascot.

At the rear, the Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II features new taillights inspired by those featured on the Spectre, the firm's first EV. The taillights feature two vertical light panels flanked by a curved chrome section inscribed with the double 'R' monogram. The new Ghost is offered with a choice of two 22-inch, 9-spoke wheel options, one fully- and one part-polished.

The interiors of the Ghost Series II have been heavily updated with never available before interior finishes and features. The digital infotainment screen is powered by Rolls-Royce's Spirit Digital Interface and allows access to the firm's Whispers private members app. The infotainment unit is connected to an 18-speaker premium audio system with a 1,400-watt amplifier.

Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II Powertrain & Suspension

The Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II is powered by a 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine that pushes out 563bhp and 850Nm of peak torque and comes paired with a satellite-aided 8-speed automatic gearbox, all-wheel drive and all-wheel steering.

The Ghost Series II also features the luxury marque's celebrated planetary suspension setup which incorporates a unique upper wishbone damper unit above the front suspension assembly. This works in tandem with the car's continuously variable, electronically controlled shock absorbers and self-levelling, high-volume air strut to create an even more effortless version of Rolls-Royce's Magic Carpet Ride.

Speaking about the second generation Ghost Series II Irene Nikkein, Regional Director Asia-Pacific, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars said, "Our clients truly appreciate Ghost's handling capabilities and its potential for Bespoke. Ghost Series II remains faithful to its principles, yet it elevates every aspect of its presence. It is the most technologically advanced and driver-focused V12 Rolls-Royce ever created, and its self-assured appearance serves as a potent stage for creatively daring commissions - making it the perfect driver-focused touring machine. The marque reaffirmed its position as a highly desirable luxury brand in India, with the market expanding by almost a-third in 2024. With Ghost Series II now available in India, I believe clients will be excited to create ever more ambitious and valuable motor cars."
