Reverie Unveils Unique Culinary Experiences For The Amelia's 30th Anniversary Celebration
Reverie, a new immersive hospitality experience, is set to celebrate 30 years of The Amelia with an enchanting event at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island on March 6, 2025. This special evening will feature automotive-themed culinary pairings crafted by Chef Zane Nesbit, the executive sous chef at Ritz-Carlton. Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception by the ocean, followed by themed vignettes showcasing cars from the Broad Arrow Auction preview.
Each vignette pairs a classic car with a gourmet dish and drink that captures its essence. For instance, the 1959 Ferrari 250 GT LWB California Spider Competizione is paired with risotto and shaved black truffle. The 1998 Ferrari 550 Maranello is matched with fresh gulf oysters, while the 2000 Honda S2000 comes with nigiri and a sake-based cocktail. These pairings aim to blend automotive passion with culinary artistry.
The event promises more than just food and cars. Guests can enjoy live music from a DJ playing tropical house tunes, exclusive lounges, and a hosted bar offering top-shelf cocktails and fine wines. Culinary delights are prepared by world-class chefs from Ritz-Carlton, enhancing the overall experience.
Immersive experiences include a Fedora Hat & Cigar Bar where guests can customise fedoras with unique accents while enjoying premium cigars. A Fragrance Studio allows attendees to create personalised perfumes guided by fragrance experts. Additionally, live typewriter poetry and sketch artists add creative flair to the evening.
