Range Rover Sport Urban XRS Widetrack Unveiled At Goodwood Festival Of Speed With Enhanced Performance
The Range Rover Sport Urban XRS Widetrack, a high-performance SUV, made its world debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. This model is based on the Range Rover Sport SV and features a 4.4-litre V8 mild hybrid engine. It delivers 635 hp and accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.7 seconds.
Urban Automotive has enhanced the exterior with a new styling package. This includes a carbon fibre bonnet with visible carbon accents and a 'power dome'. The vehicle also features extended wheel arches, giving it a more aggressive appearance compared to the standard model.
The XRS version stands out with its redesigned body styling. A reprofiled carbon fibre front bumper includes 3D printed mesh grilles and an exposed carbon fibre upper grille overlay. Additionally, the five-piece splitter with XRS canards adds to its sporty look.
Further exterior enhancements include carbon fibre mirror caps, side trims, and sill extensions. The rear of the vehicle features a body-coloured spoiler and a new bumper with a rear diffuser and centre exit billet exhaust finisher.
Inside, Urban has upgraded the interior with XRS branding on the dashboard and carbon fibre-backed Recaro front seats. The steering wheel is flat-bottomed with visual carbon effects, enhancing the sporty feel of the cabin.
Simon Dearn, founder of Urban Automotive, stated: "The Range Rover Sport is legendary, but we thought it needed a stronger and more distinctive visual presence. Building on the success and styling of our iconic Land Rover Defender XRS Widetrack, we have managed to make the Range Rover Sport look more aggressive and a welcome addition to our range of premium performance vehicles. It really does look and sound awesome."
