Porsche Achieves Top Ranking In 2025 J.D. Power Customer Service Index Study

Porsche has been recognised as the leading automotive brand, securing top positions in premium, SUV, and car categories. Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA) and its network of over 200 dealers achieved the highest ranking in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Customer Service Index Study (CSI). This study, released on Thursday, highlights Porsche's excellence in customer service.

For two consecutive years, Porsche has maintained its dominance in premium car categories, winning Premium Overall and Premium SUV this year. The brand has consistently ranked among the top three in CSI for eight years. "Many years of hard work and a relentless commitment to putting our customers first has gone into this achievement," stated Timo Resch, President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America.

Porsche Ranks First in J.D. Power Study

The CSI study evaluated customer satisfaction with maintenance or repair services for vehicles from model years 2021 to 2024. Over 55,000 respondents participated industry-wide. Porsche excelled in all CSI Voice of the Customer categories: Service Advisor, Service Facility, Service Initiation, Service Quality, and Vehicle Pick-Up.

Porsche's success is attributed to its dedication to customer satisfaction and strategic investments. "We are truly grateful to our customers for bestowing this honor on our network of individually owned and operated Porsche Centers throughout the United States," Resch added. The results reflect Porsche's unwavering focus and cooperative spirit.

Established in 1984, PCNA is the exclusive U.S. importer of models like the Porsche 911, Macan, Cayenne, Panamera, and Taycan. Headquartered in Atlanta since 1998, PCNA houses North America's first Porsche Experience Center with driver development tracks and business facilities.

The company also operates another Experience Center near Los Angeles with extensive educational modules and business amenities. PCNA supports 203 independently owned dealerships across the U.S., along with four studios and five satellite stores.
