Nissan Leaders Kim Less And Judy Wheeler Recognised As Top Women In North American Auto Industry
Kim Less and Judy Wheeler have been recognised as two of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry by Automotive News. This accolade highlights female leaders who make significant decisions and influence their companies. Since 2000, Automotive News has published this list every five years. "Nissan celebrates the achievements of Kim and Judy, whose leadership continues to elevate and inspire women across the entire automotive industry," said Vinay Shahani, senior vice president, U.S. Marketing and Sales, Nissan Americas.
Kim Less holds the position of vice president for Aftersales at Nissan Americas. She is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and profitability through positive ownership experiences in North and South America. Less is the first woman to lead this function in Nissan's history, bringing over 30 years of experience in global supply chain, aftersales, manufacturing, and engineering.

Since joining Nissan in 2010, Less has taken on roles with increasing responsibility within aftersales and parts logistics operations. In her previous role as director of Aftersales Supply Chain Management, she led her team to win the 2020 North American Parts Benchmark Top Automotive Supply Chain award. Additionally, she serves as an executive sponsor for eNable, an affinity group supporting employees with disabilities.
Less also contributes as a board member for Second Harvest Food Bank, a partner of Nissan Neighbors. Her accomplishments have been recognised by Automotive News with a 2023 All-Star award. "Nissan is lucky to have Kim and Judy as leaders, as they help decisively shape the future success of Nissan," Shahani added.
