Nissan Kicks And Murano Achieve Top Dependability Ratings In J.D. Power 2025 Study
Nissan has been acknowledged for its dedication to vehicle quality and customer satisfaction. The Nissan Kicks and Murano have received top honours in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study. The Kicks was named the Most Dependable Small SUV, while the Murano took the title of Most Dependable Midsize SUV, both for the 2022 model year.

The J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study is now in its 36th year. It surveys owners of three-year-old vehicles across 184 potential problem areas in nine categories: infotainment; features, controls and displays; exterior; driving assistance; interior; powertrain; seats; driving experience; and climate. Both the 2022 Kicks and Murano scored better than their segment averages.
