2025 Skoda Kodiaq Deliveries Started In India

The Skoda Kodiaq has entered its second generation in India with the launch of its latest model last month. Moreover, the deliveries of the model commenced yesterday.

The SUV, which is now larger and sports an updated design, is available in two trims: Sportline and Laurin & Klement (L&K), commencing at a price point of Rs. 46.89 lakh (ex-showroom). Featuring an enhanced exterior and interior, the new Kodiaq sets itself apart with advanced tech and comfort options, including massaging seats exclusive to the L&K variant.

Under the hood, the 2025 Skoda Kodiaq is equipped with a potent 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine, pairing with a seven-speed DCT automatic transmission. This combination delivers a robust performance of 201bhp and 320Nm torque. In addition to its powerful engine, the vehicle is fitted with an all-wheel-drive system as standard, though it lacks features such as Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) and an ADAS suite.

Aesthetically, the SUV showcases a series of updates including new bumpers, LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, and C-shaped LED tail lights. The exterior is further enhanced with roof rails, contrast-colored elements, and an illuminated grille, presenting a modern and sleek look. The interior does not lag behind in luxury, boasting a 12.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10-inch digital driver's display, three-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, and a 360-degree camera. Additionally, it features heated, ventilated, and electrically adjustable front seats with massage function, and a contemporary two-spoke steering wheel.

The Kodiaq is presented in a range of seven colors, making it a customizable choice for buyers. Both variants are adorned differently, with the L&K version featuring dark chrome accents and the Sportline variant highlighted with glossy black details, catering to diverse aesthetic preferences.

Skoda Auto India made the announcement, revealing that the 2025 Kodiaq is built on the MQB37 platform, making it more spacious than its predecessor. This new model introduction marks a significant upgrade in Skoda's SUV lineup, offering an array of modern tech and comfort features. Interested customers have the option to make their bookings online or visit any authorized Skoda dealership, with the company already initiating the delivery process for the SUV.
