2nd-Gen Hyundai Venue: Top 5 Things You Need To Know
Hyundai has revealed the new Hyundai Venue, the second generation of its popular compact SUV. The updated new Hyundai Venue introduces a sharper exterior, redesigned interiors, new technology, and improved dynamics while maintaining its compact proportions for Indian city and highway use.
The new generation Hyundai Venue marks a design and quality leap for Hyundai in the sub-4-metre segment. So, let's take a look at the top 5 things you need to know about the second-generation Hyundai Venue...

New-Gen Hyundai Venue: Design Gets Bolder
The new Hyundai Venue features a squared front profile with a parametric grille, slimmer LED daytime running lights and vertically stacked main lamps. The bumper incorporates metallic skid plates and larger intakes, giving the compact SUV a stronger visual identity on the road.
The sides feature more defined creases, and the SUV now rides on updated dual-tone alloy wheels. At the rear, the lighting design mirrors Hyundai's newer global models, linking both taillamps through a single light bar. Functional roof rails and a shark-fin antenna complete the new profile.

New Hyundai Venue: Bigger On The Inside
The new Hyundai Venue measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width and 1,665 mm in height, with a 2,520 mm wheelbase. It is 30 mm wider and 48 mm taller than before, resulting in improved headroom and cabin width.
The SUV continues to qualify for India's sub-4-metre regulations. Structural updates enhance rigidity and safety compliance. Hyundai also claims to have tuned the suspension setup for better ride comfort and stability across variable road surfaces.

2nd-Gen Hyundai Venue: Renewed Cabin Ambience
Inside, the new Hyundai Venue introduces a dual-tone cabin theme with redesigned surfaces and an integrated dual-screen layout for infotainment and instrumentation. The dashboard follows a horizontal architecture, improving visibility and creating a sense of space for both front and rear occupants.
Soft-touch materials, ambient lighting and terrazzo-inspired textures lift overall quality. The centre console adopts a cleaner arrangement with minimal buttons and rotary controls. Hyundai has also worked on noise insulation, using additional damping materials for a quieter cabin experience.

2025 Hyundai Venue: Tech & Connectivity Uptick
The infotainment setup in the new Hyundai Venue uses dual 10.25-inch displays that support wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The system integrates with Hyundai's Bluelink connected-car suite for live vehicle tracking, remote start, geo-fencing, and emergency assistance features.
Comfort equipment now includes an electrically adjustable driver's seat, reclining rear seats, rear AC vents and new USB-C charging ports. The updated electronics architecture supports over-the-air updates, allowing Hyundai to push new features and system improvements directly to the Venue.
New Hyundai Venue: Powertrain Continuity
The new Hyundai Venue retains its existing engine lineup - the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and the 1.5-litre diesel. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed iMT, and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, depending on variant and engine choice.
Hyundai has re-engineered the mounts and intake systems to reduce vibration and enhance throttle response, keeping the overall setup familiar but hopefully smoother in operation.
