MG Windsor EV Exclusive Pro Variant Launched: Prices Start At Rs 17.25 Lakh

JSW MG Motor India has introduced a new variant of the Windsor EV, named the Exclusive Pro. This version is priced at Rs 17.24 lakh (ex-showroom). However, with the battery-as-a-service (BaaS) option, the price can be reduced to Rs 12.24 lakh (ex-showroom) with a subscription fee of Rs 4.5 per km. Customers can book this variant at dealerships for a token amount of Rs 11,000, with deliveries starting in early June.

The MG Windsor EV Exclusive Pro variant is positioned between the Essence and Essence Pro variants of the MG Windsor EV lineup. It features a larger 52.9 kWh battery pack, providing an impressive range of up to 449 km on a single charge. This is a significant upgrade from the standard 38 kWh battery pack, which offers a range of 332 km per charge. Prior to this launch, only the Essence Pro variant had the larger battery pack.

MG Windsor EV: Variant-Wise Pricing

The Exclusive Pro variant boasts dual-tone ivory and black interiors and includes features such as a 15.6-inch infotainment system and AI-based voice commands. Additional amenities include a glass sunroof, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, wireless charging capabilities, an electrically adjustable driver seat, and connected car features.

Aesthetic and Functional Enhancements

This variant comes with stylish 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels and offers three paint options: Pearl White, Starry Black, and Turquoise Green.

"The overwhelming response to the MG Windsor PRO is evident," said Rakesh Sen, Head of Sales at JSW MG Motor India. "With more than 8,000 bookings recorded within 24 hours of its launch." He added that by introducing the Exclusive PRO variant with a larger battery pack and premium features they aim to make the MG Windsor PRO more accessible to customers.
