The MG Comet Blackstorm edition has been introduced at Rs 7.80 lakh (ex-showroom), with an additional Rs 2.50 per km for battery rental. This model, based on the top Exclusive variant, features a blacked-out design with red accents.

The Comet Blackstorm maintains the same mechanical specifications as the standard model, featuring a 17.3kWh battery and a 42hp, 110Nm electric motor. It offers an MIDC range of 230km. Notably, MG has not disclosed the price for purchasing the vehicle outright without the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) option.
