Mazda Ranks Second In Mass Market Segment Of 2025 J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study

Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) has achieved a significant milestone in the J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability StudySM (VDS). The brand secured the second position in the mass market segment, showcasing its commitment to quality and reliability. Mazda's score of 161 problems per 100 vehicles (PP100) marks an improvement of 24 PP100 from last year, moving up four places in the rankings.

The 2022 Mazda CX-9 and CX-5 models have been recognised among the top three vehicles in their respective categories. The CX-9 excelled in the Upper Midsize SUV category, while the CX-5 stood out in the Compact SUV category. These accolades underscore Mazda's ability to deliver dependable vehicles across various segments.
