During the Monaco E-Prix weekend, Maserati showcased a parade featuring iconic models from its racing history. The parade included historic cars like the Maserati 250 F, which triumphed in Monte Carlo with Stirling Moss in 1956 and Juan Manuel Fangio in 1957. Also featured was the MC12, which achieved numerous victories between 2004 and 2010.

The parade also highlighted modern models like the Maserati MC20 road coupé. This car symbolises Maserati's return to racing with its Twin Turbo 3.0 L Nettuno V6 engine. Its successor, the GT2, has been successful in GT2 European Series races and is available as a road-legal version called GT2 Stradale.

Maserati's performance masterpieces were part of this celebration. The MCXtrema track car boasts a powerful twin-turbo V6 engine derived from Nettuno technology. Additionally, the GranCabrio Folgore represents Italian grand touring spirit with an electric powertrain based on advanced Formula E solutions.

Maria Conti, Head of Maserati Corse, expressed excitement about reviving their competitive spirit on such an iconic circuit. She stated: "The track is our home... Seeing our cars parade in Monaco is therefore a unique emotion! These corners have made motorsport history."

Maserati's Current Line-Up

Maserati offers a diverse range of cars known for their distinctive character and style. Their line-up includes models like the Grecale SUV and GranTurismo grand tourer. These vehicles are equipped with hybrid powertrains or V6 petrol engines, embodying Maserati's performance DNA.

The top-tier models include the MC20 super sports car powered by the Nettuno V6 engine. This engine incorporates Formula 1 technologies into standard production cars for the first time. The GranTurismo is available with both petrol and electric versions.

Future Vision

Maserati aims to shape luxury mobility by focusing on customer needs while expanding globally under Stellantis' "Dare Forward 2030" plan. Their electric range includes models like Grecale Folgore and GranCabrio Folgore.

The latest addition is the GT2 Stradale, a road-legal version of their GT2 race car featuring a powerful V6 Nettuno engine producing up to 640 hp (471 kW). This makes it one of Maserati's most potent internal combustion vehicles.
