Maruti Suzuki Victoris ZXi & ZXi (O) Variants Updated: Here’s What’s Changed
Since its launch, the Maruti Suzuki Victoris has received an overwhelming response, registering more than 25,000 bookings. The model quickly became one of Maruti's most talked-about new offerings thanks to its hybrid tech, bold design, and extensive features.
Now, for the first time since its debut, Maruti has introduced changes to the equipment list of select variants. Interestingly, despite the update, prices remain unchanged.

Feature Deletion In ZXi & ZXi (O) Variants
The Maruti Victoris lineup consists of six main trims - LXi, VXi, ZXi, ZXi (O), ZXi Plus, and ZXi Plus (O). Among these, the mid-spec ZXi and ZXi (O) variants have witnessed a key change: the leatherette seats have been discontinued.
This premium upholstery feature will now be exclusive to the top-end variants - ZXi Plus and ZXi Plus (O) - both of which also get a leather-wrapped steering wheel for an added touch of luxury.
Apart from the removal of leatherette seats, the equipment list of the ZXi and ZXi (O) variants remains unchanged.
Features Retained
Despite the small deletion, the ZXi and ZXi (O) variants continue to offer a rich list of features. On the exterior, these variants get all-LED lighting, black alloy wheels, body-coloured ORVMs with integrated turn indicators, roof rails, a shark fin antenna, and a rear defogger.
Inside, the cabin maintains its dual-tone theme with a footwell light, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Other premium features include a wireless charger with active cooling, Type-C USB ports, automatic climate control, PM 2.5 air filter, and electrically foldable ORVMs.
Connectivity and convenience are further enhanced by wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, keyless entry, cruise control, and over-the-air (OTA) software updates. The ZXi (O) variant additionally offers a panoramic sunroof, a feature not available on the standard ZXi trim.
Safety & Driver Assistance
While ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) is reserved for the top-tier variants, the ZXi and ZXi (O) still come equipped with a strong set of safety features. These include six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Traction Control System (TCS), Engine Drag Control, and Hill Hold Assist.
The variants also get ABS with EBD and brake assist, rear parking sensors, a reverse parking camera, and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). Additionally, features like a day/night IRVM, Acoustic Vehicle Alert System (AVAS), and a tyre repair kit add to their overall safety and convenience.
Pricing
Despite the removal of leatherette seats, Maruti Suzuki has not revised the prices of the affected variants. The introductory pricing remains active across all versions.
The Victoris is offered in petrol, CNG, and strong hybrid powertrain options. The petrol range starts from Rs 10.50 lakh (ex-showroom) for the LXi manual. The ZXi and ZXi (O) manual variants are priced at Rs 13.57 lakh and Rs 14.23 lakh, respectively. Dual-tone versions command a Rs 15,000 premium over the corresponding single-tone variants.
Automatic petrol variants range from Rs 13.36 lakh to Rs 19.37 lakh, with the ZXi AT priced at Rs 15.13 lakh and the ZXi (O) AT at Rs 15.64 lakh. The CNG lineup begins at Rs 11.50 lakh, while the ZXi CNG is priced at Rs 14.57 lakh.
For buyers opting for hybrid technology, prices start at Rs 16.38 lakh, going up to Rs 19.99 lakh for the top-spec ZXi Plus (O) Hybrid dual-tone variant.
DriveSpark Thinks
The removal of leatherette seats from the ZXi and ZXi (O) trims is a minor but notable update in the Maruti Victoris lineup. Despite this, the variants continue to offer a comprehensive set of features and safety equipment, maintaining their appeal in the mid-spec segment. With unchanged prices and multiple powertrain options, the Victoris remains one of the most versatile and value-rich offerings in Maruti's premium portfolio.
