Maruti Suzuki Super Carry Enhances Safety With ESP: Prices Start At Rs 5.64 Lakh
Maruti Suzuki has enhanced the safety features of its Super Carry mini truck by adding an Electronic Stability Program (ESP). This makes it the first in its segment to offer such advanced safety technology. The Super Carry now also includes front disc brakes, reverse parking sensors, and seat belt reminders, boosting overall safety and driver confidence.
The addition of ESP introduces seven crucial safety functions that improve control, stability, and cargo protection. These functions include Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) to prevent wheel lock-up, Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) for optimal braking force distribution, and Engine Drag Control (EDC) to prevent wheel slip during sudden deceleration.
Advanced Safety Features for Superior Stability
Other key features include a Traction Control System (TCS) for better grip on slippery surfaces and Rollover Prevention to reduce rollover risks in sharp turns or uneven terrain. Hydraulic Brake Assist (HBA) increases braking force during emergencies, while ESP provides superior handling and control, especially on turns.
