Best Time To Buy Maruti Dzire: Save Up To Rs 88,000!
The Maruti Suzuki Dzire, once a dominant player in the subcompact sedan segment, may not enjoy the same popularity it once did, but the latest generation has certainly brought back some of its lost charm. With design and feature enhancements, a new engine, and now a significant GST price cut, the Dzire has become an even more appealing option for buyers.
As part of the latest GST revisions, the sedan has received a price reduction of up to Rs 88,000, depending on the variant. On top of that, festive benefits of up to Rs 63,000 are also being offered, although these may vary across dealerships and regions.

The highest benefit of Rs 88,000 is available on the top-spec ZXi Plus AMT variant. Interestingly, this mirrors the pricing trend of its sibling hatchback, which also received the largest GST cut on its fully loaded trim. Across the Dzire range, the price reduction spans from Rs 58,000 to Rs 88,000, with the AMT variants benefiting the most - between Rs 72,000 and Rs 88,000.
The new-generation Maruti Suzuki Dzire is powered by the brand-new Z-series 1.2-litre naturally aspirated three-cylinder petrol engine, which replaces the earlier four-cylinder unit. This engine not only delivers improved efficiency but also meets the latest emission and performance standards.
| Variant | Price before GST cut (ex-showroom) | Price after GST cut (ex-showroom) | Price cut |

| LXi | Rs 6.84 lakh | Rs 6.26 lakh | Rs 58,000 |
| VXi | Rs 7.84 lakh | Rs 7.17 lakh | Rs 67,000 |

| ZXi Plus | Rs 9.69 lakh | Rs 8.86 lakh | Rs 83,000 |

In a major achievement for the brand, the Dzire has become the first Maruti Suzuki model to earn a five-star safety rating in both the Global NCAP (GNCAP) and Bharat NCAP (BNCAP) crash tests. This milestone underscores Maruti's growing focus on safety across its product range.
Besides the petrol powertrain, the Dzire continues to offer a factory-fitted CNG variant that pairs with the same petrol engine, catering to both private and commercial buyers. The model remains a popular choice in the taxi market but is also seeing renewed interest among private car buyers thanks to its improved features, refined design, and now, the substantial GST and festive benefits.
