The Mahindra XUV 3XO Is The First Car In The World Under ₹12 Lakh WIth This Feature
Indian SUV specialist Mahindra has added Dolby Atmos support to select variants of the XUV 3XO sub-4-metre SUV. Mahindra claims that the XUV3XO is the first car in the world under Rs 12 lakh to feature Dolby Atmos audio.
The immersive Dolby Atmos setup is now offered on the four variants of the Mahindra 3XO - REVX A, AX5 L, AX7 and AX7 L trims. Deliveries of these variants of the Mahindra XUV 3XO with Dolby Atmos will start in September.
On the AX7 and AX7 L trims of the XUV 3XO, the audio setup comes with Harman Kardon branding for the six-speaker system. The AX7 L variants up the audio game by adding a dedicated subwoofer.
According to Mahindra, the XUV 3XO is the first SUV under ₹12 lakh anywhere in the world to come equipped with a Dolby Atmos certified audio setup. The six-speaker system has been tuned for the SUV's cabin to ensure balanced output. On the AX7 L, the subwoofer helps deliver deeper bass and sharper clarity across frequencies, enhancing the immersive quality of Dolby Atmos playback inside the car.
The XUV 3XO is now the fourth Mahindra product to receive Dolby Atmos sound. The feature was earlier made available on the BE 6, the XEV 9e, and the Thar Roxx. With this update, the technology has moved to a more accessible price point.
Other equipment on these updated variants of the XUV 3XO remains unchanged. The XUV 3XO continues to offer two 10.25-inch screens, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, six airbags, a 360-degree camera, and ADAS functions.

Prices for the Mahindra XUV 3XO range from ₹ 7.99 lakh and ₹ 15.80 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
