Mahindra XEV 9s: New Teaser Highlights Smart Infotainment Features
Mahindra is gearing up to launch its new seven‑seater EV, the XEV 9s, at the 'Scream Electric' event scheduled for November 26-27. Alongside the XEV 9s, Mahindra will also unveil the BE06 Special Edition.
Mahindra says XEV 9s is the country's first-ever seven-seater electric car, and it will be their top-of-the-line model. The car will sit above the BE 06 and XEV 9e, so it will be priced around 25 lakhs (ex-showroom). We have already seen many teasers about XEV 9s, but the latest teaser dropped by Mahindra promotes its boot capabilities and entertainment features.

It starts with the passengers watching a live football match on Mahindra's new dual-screen infotainment system. The rear passengers are also seen watching the match with an additional two screens attached to the rear of the front two seats. It also gets a premium Harmon Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos support.
Another earlier teaser shows the massive boot space that the new seven-seater car offers to the passengers. The XEV 9s has a large trunk and frunk (front storage space) to keep all the luggage and belongings. Like the BE 06 and XEV 9e, this car is built on the same INGLO platform. These teasers show that Mahindra has focused a lot on keeping the passengers engaged by offering a lot of entertainment and luxury features.

Additionally, the car gets electrically reclining second row seats, a full-length panoramic sunroof, and 'Boss mode' for rear passengers. This flagship EV car could also feature ventilated front seats with a massage feature, multizone climate control, wireless charging, and AI-based Adreno X connectivity.
Apart from the XEV 9s, Mahindra is also planning to launch a special edition BE06 at the event. This could be called as Racing Edition, as seen in the teaser, and is expected to pay tribute to Mahindra's Formula E Racing team and its achievements. Earlier, Mahindra launched a Batman Edition of the BE06, which was completely sold out. The upcoming special edition could also be offered in limited numbers and sold as a flagship trim.
