Mahindra Vision X Concept Teased Again - Is This The XEV 7e?
Indian SUV specialist Mahindra has revealed yet another teaser for its upcoming Vision X concept ahead of its debut this Independence Day. The Mahindra Vision X is anticipated to be a fresh model within the XUV/XEV lineup.
The latest teaser for the Mahindra Vision X reveals the rear design of the upcoming concept SUV and hints at a full-width LED tail lamp setup. This taillight design bears a strong resemblance to the one seen on Mahindra's flagship EV, the XEV 9e.

The latest teaser of the Vision X, which dropped late last night (31st July), highlights a sculpted tailgate and pronounced rear haunches. However, it seems less rugged compared to earlier teased models like the Vision T and Vision SXT. The bumper features a space for the registration plate, with reflectors positioned towards the edges, enhancing its modern look.
Previous teasers of the Mahindra Vision X concept have provided glimpses of the upcoming SUV from top-angle and side views. These previous sneak peeks at the VIsion X revealed sleek lines on the bonnet and a stepped front design with headlamps integrated into the bumper. Additionally, wheel-arch cladding and aero-optimised alloy wheels add to its sporty appearance.
The Vision X will to be built on Mahindra's new 'nu' platform. This platform supports both internal combustion engines (ICE) and electrified powertrains, indicating flexibility in future powertrain options. More details about this SUV will emerge during its debut on August 15.
The Vision X concept might preview a new addition to the XUV family, potentially, the long-awaited XEV 7e. This model is expected to serve as a traditional SUV alternative to the coupe-styled XEV 9e.
