Mahindra Vision SXT Teased Again - Next Scorpio N Pickup?
Indian utility vehicle specialist Mahindra has teased the Vision SXT concept once again on its Instagram page ahead of its reveal on August 15th. The latest teaser gives us a sneak peek of the rear end of the upcoming Mahindra Vision SXT.
This teaser comes just over two weeks before all four new Vision concepts from Mahindra-Vision T, Vision S, Vision X, and Vision SXT-make their public debut on August 15.
In the latest teaser clip, we see the back of the Vision SXT. The concept sports a flat cargo bed, and there are two spare wheels mounted upright onto it. The spare wheels sit neatly behind a low lip on the tailgate, making it easy to load gear or swap a tire quickly.
Earlier teasers focused on the front of the SXT. That view showed a bold hood with raised wheel arches covered in chunky cladding. These arches give it a tough, off-road look, like it could handle rocky trails or muddy tracks without flinching.
Underpinning the Vision SXT and its three siblings is Mahindra's new Freedom_NU platform. This is a flexible platform designed to work with ICE powerplants, electric power units, or a mix of both (hybrid).
All four concepts will be built at Mahindra's factory in Chakan, near Pune. This facility already makes popular models like the Scorpio and the XUV700. While the Vision concepts are meant to show the future, Mahindra is also working on real, updated models for Indian buyers. A refreshed XUV700 is on the way, along with upgrades to the Bolero and the electric BE Rall‑e.

For now, fans can keep guessing about the final look of the Vision SXT. The full reveal on August 15 will show how much of the rugged style and clever engineering make it into a real truck you might see on the road one day, in the very near future.
