Mahindra Scorpio-N Facelift: Launch & Expected Updates
Mahindra has already started testing its upcoming Scorpio-N facelift. The SUV has been spotted multiple times across the country over the past few months. However, the manufacturer hasn't revealed anything about the upcoming facelift. The new car is expected to receive features mostly borrowed from its siblings, the XUV700 and the Thar Roxx.
Mahindra Scorpio-N Facelift Expected Features
The Scorpio-N facelift is anticipated to launch by mid-2026. On the outside, the SUV is expected to receive some minor updates, including revised headlights, tail-lights, fog lamps, and a tweaked front grille compared to the current model. Mahindra is also likely to introduce new alloy wheel designs, while retaining the same 18-inch wheel size.

The Mahindra Scorpio-N facelift will continue using the brand's proven body-on-frame platform. The interiors are also likely to get some new updates, including a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen, similar to what we see on Mahindra's newer models.
Seats and upholstery are more likely to be refreshed. Some additional features could include the Sony 3D 12-speaker sound system, multiple drive modes, extra airbags, and Level-2 ADAS safety features. Premium features such as front ventilated seats, dual-zone climate control, 4WD capability, and a panoramic sunroof are also expected to be offered on higher variants.

The Scorpio-N facelift is expected to be offered with the same petrol and diesel engines. These include the 2.0-litre mStallion turbo-petrol engine producing 149.2 kW and 370 Nm, and the 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine producing 128.6 kW and 370 Nm. Transmission choices include the same 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic.
The Scorpio-N facelift is expected to carry forward its existing safety features, including ventilated disc brakes at both the front and rear, ABS with EBD, hill-hold assist, parking sensors, e-Call and SOS functions, TPMS, and electronic stability control (ESC).
Pricing for the new Scorpio-N facelift is expected to start at around ₹14 lakh (ex-showroom), while the top-end variants could go up to ₹26 lakh (ex-showroom). The Scorpio-N has rivals like the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, and Hyundai Alcazar.
